Refer a friend and you both will  $25 to spend at a Doctor's Choice Pharmacy location on over the counter goods! Here is how it works. 

 

Step 1)

You fill out the form below with your information and the information of the friend you would like to refer. 

 

Step 2) 

We email the person you referred one time with their coupon that will include your name as the referrer. 

 

Step 3) 

When your friend switches their prescription to Doctor's Choice Pharmacy and shows your referrer coupon we will give you both $25 to spend in any Doctor's Choice Pharmacy location.

 

Step 4)

Do not forget to check your email for your referrer coupon once your friend switches to Doctor's Choice Pharmacy
