COVID-19 Vaccine
Doctor’s Choice Pharmacy is currently distributing the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine, this is a two part series vaccine. We are following the USVI’s roll out plan for distribution. We are currently only distributing the vaccine by appointments that can be made by filling out the form below. Please note that supplies and appointment space is limited and we will be trying to accommodate as many people as possible.
